CHANGE
Sometimes change comes slowly
Hardly noticed
Sometimes it is fast
In the blink of an eye
But one thing about change
It is constant
One could say “always”
It can be counted on
Just when you get comfortable
And think you are getting it right
Along comes change
Change can be slight
Or it can be monumental
The world turned on its head
Day becomes night
And night no longer is
The rules change
Just when you learn them
Backwards is forwards
And so it goes
Be ready. You never know
When change will come
But it will come
As sure as stone
There will always be changes. We could handle that well if we are ready. I like the progression of the thoughts. So nicely put.

ReplyDeleteSo true, Annell. - you never know when change will come, only that it WILL come. Sometimes very unexpectedly! Together we can hopefully bring some positive changes as well.
